Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect through our application wizards, why, who can see it, and how to request access or deletion. It is placeholder-quality while the ecosystem is in early access — final wordsmithing and legal review are still to come.
What we collect
What we collect depends on which application you submit — Startup, Investor, Mentor, or Partner. Each wizard only asks for the details relevant to reviewing that Applicant Type, such as company or fund information, stage, focus areas, and contact details.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to review your application and decide whether to invite you into the Founders Unchained ecosystem.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you check the consent box on the application form. You can withdraw consent at any time by requesting deletion of your data, as described below.
Who has access
Only the Founders Unchained Admin can view submitted applications. At this stage, your data is not shared with any other startup, investor, mentor, or partner, or with any third party.
How long we keep it
We retain application data for up to 24 months from submission, or until you request its deletion, whichever comes first.
Requesting access or deletion
You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing privacy@foundersunchained.com.
Where your data is stored
Application data is stored with our hosting provider, Hostinger. The specific data-center region is being finalized and will be published here once confirmed.
